This whole house buying is stressfull.
The inspection revealed a few things we didn't like about the house. Some of it we are ready to invest in but some we want to have the actual owner reparing. We had to fill in more papers to modify the buying offer and the waiting for his answer is stressfull cause if he doesn't want to have those things repair or to cut down the price of the house we'll have to keep looking...
We thought it was done, I just hope we didn't cheer too fast.

Next week I have to do three things in two days:

1- Sign the sale's contract of my property and collect the funds.
2- Sing the Buying contract of the apartment where I will move and make the payment.
3- Sign and pay the contract for the additional apartment I will rent later on...

And that's with all the problems I have with the moving, my personal life, the kids, the work........AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA !!!!!
